How Yatakorn Law Came to Be
Yatakorn Law opened in Chiang Mai after its founding attorney spent years working within larger practices and noticing a recurring problem: families dealing with inheritance matters were often left waiting in long queues, handed dense documents without explanation, and made to feel like a number rather than a person.
The practice was established to work differently — with a smaller, more attentive approach. We take on fewer cases than larger firms so that each family receives the time and focus the matter deserves.
Our work covers heirship clarification, succession documentation, and the kind of careful support needed when relatives hold different views about an estate. Every situation we handle is assessed on its own facts. We do not apply fixed templates to sensitive personal circumstances.
Since opening our office on Loi Kroh Road, we have assisted families from across Thailand as well as those with loved ones living abroad. International estate matters carry additional steps, and we guide families through these patiently.
We are a registered legal practice under Thai law and operate in full accordance with the professional obligations of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. We do not offer guarantees of outcome, because we believe honest assessments serve families better than inflated expectations.
